Dustin Clear rushed for five touchdowns, scored a two-point conversion and piled up 289 yards on 51 carries to power Northwood to a 34-20 Hogoheegee District win over Patrick Henry, the Panthers’ first victory of the season.

The Rebels took an early 6-0 lead as Merrick Mullins caught a 25-yard TD pass from Jonathan Whitesides in the opening quarter. But Clear then rushed for two TDs on runs of 2 and 3 yards. Clear would later add TD runs of 1, 2 and 38 yards.

Whitesides led PH with 213 yards passing, completing 9 of 21 passes for three TDs. Mullins had four catches for 135 yard.
