RURAL RETREAT -- Zane Williams scored on a 1-yard run with one minute left to give previously winless Rural Retreat a 27-20 victory over previously unbeaten Glenvar on Friday night.
Jacob Mabry of Glenvar (5-1) scored on a 16-yard run to tie the score at 20 with about three minutes left.
Williams rushed for 95 yards and three touchdowns on 13 carries for the Indians (1-4). He ran for 65 yards and two TDs in the fourth quarter.
Williams also completed four of seven passes for 106 yards, with Travis Foster making all the catches.
Tim Woods rushed for 145 yards and two TDs on 32 carries for Glenvar.

Zayne Williams bulled over from the 1-yard line with a minute left in the game to lift Rural Retreat to its first win of the season, a 27-20 triumph, over previously unbeaten Glenvar on Friday night.
Williams finished the game with three touchdowns and 95 yards rushing on 13 carries. Williams rushed for 64 yards in the fourth quarter alone.
Travis Foster sealed the win with an interception with 18 seconds left as Glenvar was driving in Rural Retreat territory. Foster had four catches for 106 yards.
Christopher Moore earned his first victory as Rural Retreat’s head coach.
